Where can I get drivers for my accessories?


Software patches, BIOS updates, driver updates, and other miscellaneous software is available for most products. Follow the steps below for quick access to files for your system.

Enter your serial, configuration, or model number above.
Save the file you wish to download by clicking on the file name or download icon in the listing of available files.
Open the downloaded file from your hard disk. Most of the download files are self-extracting archives and will extract themselves into the proper directories when opened. You may need a decompression program, such as PKZIP® or WinZip®, to open some files. Installation may vary, so check the installation instructions included with the file to ensure proper installation.

Microsoft Service Packs
In order to provide the most stable working environment possible, Microsoft offers Service Pack updates to their Microsoft Windows customers. By using the latest Service Pack, customers can keep their systems up to date and running smoothly.

Fujitsu America Inc., recommends that our customers use the latest Microsoft Windows Service Packs. We recommend that you read the "Readme.txt" file that is included in the Service pack to insure that this update is compatible with your system environment.

Pre-installed with a free 60-day trial version of McAfee® Multi-Access. The 60-day trial version is activated upon user's acceptance of software license agreement. After the 60-day trial period, the user must purchase a subscription from McAfee to download latest virus definitions.
